As a Client Experience Manager I work to build strong relationships with our clients, guiding them through our engagements and facilitating progress through our Business Health Framework. I guide our clients through our strategic planning process, helping clients identify and achieve goals that will bring stability and health into their business. This is done alongside the work of our internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

I love when the pieces of a project fall into place during a planning session and the client is excited about the future of their business. That energy and excitement is contagious!
