Business Health Framework
Our team helps small businesses who know that there’s more in store for the future of their business than they’re currently achieving. We combine industry-standard and proprietary tools to help our clients discover, plan, and implement systems and processes to build healthier companies. Clients move through a three-phase process with the option to continue working with Forte through additional support services. In this process, you’ll gain clarity over your business goals and organization around your processes and ultimately achieve health.

With a focus on providing the best Business Health Framework (BHF) support and implementation for all clients, Forte recognizes not all clients require an in-depth implementation strategy. To support these clients through their development of healthy business practices, we recommend a three-pronged approach.

what to expect
A typical engagement lasts 18-24 months (4-6 months for BHF Light) with the option to continue through ongoing advisory support. We will have weekly or bi-weekly check-ins as well as quarterly reviews. We will work collaboratively through digital platform access and communicate regularly through Slack.
